The theme of this studio was Shell Game. The title ‘Shell Game’ refers to the shell of an existing building which laid on our site. Tasked with the design of a Think Tank institution, our first move was to preserve the exterior walls of the existing building while designing an ultra contemporary facility to house a contemporary program. Primary elements included a residential block, assembly rooms and a wide range of technical facilities to help facilitate the solution to global issues. A rendered eye level view from the waterfront.
